REALTOR® REFERRALS:
| Realtors® can join our referral list by purchasing our Business package at the special price of $500.00 in Canadian funds payable on an annual basis. This will include your business card advertised in our Business directory for a one year period, also the Executive advertising package is automatically included when you sign up for the Business package.[THIS IS OUR BEST VALUE PACKAGE] Or you may also choose to advertise your rural listings on a monthly basis,( checkout our packages under ad pricing) If you receive a referral from our site you will be expected to pay a 25% referral fee from the total commission received for each deal whether it be a listing or sale or both which was derived through the efforts of this site. You will pay our firm Prudential Grand Valley Realty half of this, and the other half you will pay directly to the seller and or the buyer we placed you in contact with through our site. These amounts should be noted on the Trade Record Sheet for each and every deal in question.
