| When you buy sell or both you shall receive a rebate of half of what your agent sends us (less the GST. which goes to the government ) by way of a referral fee which can be a considerable amount depending on the sale price and commission split payable.

| Here is an example: If your property sells for $200,000 dollars at a rate of 5% = $10,000 dollars total commission (plus applicable GST costs) $5000 dollars each for listing and selling commission. Since we are entitled to 25 % of the listing portion $1,250.00 dollars (plus GST which is payable to the government) half of that payable to you is $625.00 dollars.You are still eligible for an additional rebate if you were to purchase a property through the same agent. Lets say you purchase a property for $300,000 dollars selling commission is 2.5% = $7,500 dollars, our portion of 25% is $1,875 dollars (plus GST. costs) you will receive a rate of half of the referral fee $937.50 on your house purchase. You are only eligible for 2 portions if you buy and sell otherwise you will only recieve one portion from the sale of your home. Note, in the case of your referring agent listing and selling your home without you purchasing another property through him or her, you still are not eligible for the second rebate portion since it only constitutes one deal. Your total rebate using the above example of purchase and sale would be ($1,562.50). Use the calculator below to determine your rebate.
