Marisa Tessier is the founder and director of Homes & Horses.
I'm a licensed realtorŪ and have been since 1986. Along with the ability to list or sell real estate the conventional way, I'm also able to offer Auction & Estate Planning Services for those going through difficult times after losing a loved one. I am presently employed with Prudential Grand Valley Realty Brokerage located in Cambridge Ontario. During my successful years as a real estate professional I have been recognized and awarded for my many achievements. I have listed and sold numerous properties, which vary considerably in size stature and classification from residential to commercial, vacant land, to farms and cottages. In other words I have listed and sold just about anything. I am KNOWN and RESPECTED for my honest straightforward opinion. I guess its because I will never sell you something that I wouldn't buy myself. I sympathize with the first time buyer having had a bad experience when I bought my first house before becoming a realtorŪ. This I think helped motivate me to seek a career in this field. I have made this my mission, to help prevent others from making the same mistakes that I did and also to provide honest, quality service with no hidden surprises. I take great pride in providing the best service possible. So much that I will stand behind it by offering a satisfaction guarantee before listing or selling a property. I will release the seller or buyer from any contract agreement we have mutually entered into at any time if you are not totally satisfied with my performance. But I must warn you that I have never had any complaints yet, except maybe my husband,{ but he doesn't count} Satisfied customers have referred me to their friends and family members, as have other out of town realtorsŪ who have clients re-locating to the Cambridge area. Personal Information: Since 1986 I have been living on a Hobby Farm with my husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses. This has always been a lifetime dream of mine to keep my horses on my own property instead of boarding them out. I must admit that I'm just a real farm girl at heart. I love watching my horses run in the field with their manes blowing in the wind. Also looking after them and doing chores really isn't a chore if you know what I mean. Its just a part of who I am and what makes me happy. It is also very rewarding and fulfilling. I guess you might say it keeps me going and gives my life true meaning and enjoyment. It makes no wonder when I get the opportunity to list, sell or auction a country property it rewards me like no other.
